Passenger side gouges on both doors from a grocery cart on my new Toyo Highlander LTD. I visited several well know body repair shops before I was referred to Classic. Their facility was not as "pretty" as the others but Oscar took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. It was an eye opener and helped me understand the extensive work that was required to do the repair correctly. Classic communicated directly with Allstate throughout the process so I did not have to. They provided me with regular updates as well. The Highlander looks fabulous. QUALITY WORKMANSHIP Classic also buffed out scratches not related to the claim. Bravo Classic Jim brock ~ jim b

I recently had some work done at Classic Auto Craft. Their body work was exceptional, but what stood out most was their customer service. We had some problems with the insurance company, and the CAC staff was in constant communication, giving me daily updates on their progress, and doing a great job advocating for their customer. Oscar, in particular, was extremely responsive, courteous and professional throughout the process. Their persistence paid off and we were able to get the work fully covered. ~ Daniel M

Classic Auto Craft was referred to us by Subaru Marin and we are so glad we followed their advice and contacted Dennis. He and his office team (Wanda and Flor) have been incredibly customer focused, thorough and knowledgeable. We had the misfortune of having to deal with a water leak ordeal right when we were due to have our first baby. It required our entire interior to be overhauled and in the case of the carpets, be replaced. The thought of dealing with insurance at this time was daunting, not to mention having a car in repair while we're in hospital and upon return with the potential of mold as an issue, but Dennis made everything so easy and took the stress out of it. I've trusted them every step of the way and they have made every effort to accommodate us and keep us informed of the work they are doing. Our car issues required extensive investigation and maintenance during a wet season and Classic Auto Craft has always maintained the highest level of service. Wanda is fantastic. She did a great job on my car, which had a paint scratch. she gave me two quotes, one was for "perfect" and the most complete way with replacement of the side of the car and the other quote was for a more reasonable fix. I went with that reasonable quote and the car looks beautiful. She is really responsive, kind and attentive to my needs. highly recommend Wanda's auto repair. ~ Beth K

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. All the staff in the office were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had an accident repair covered by the other party’s insurance and they made the process seamless, even arranging the rental car. They even buffed my headlights and replaced a bulb at no charge. I hope I don’t have any more body work to do anytime soon, but if I do I know where I’m going. ~ Avery W

Classic Auto Craft in San Rafael did a great job. Oscar and his colleagues were competent, friendly and reasonable when it came to discussions about prices for the repair. Dennis was extremely helpful and throrough with explaining everything that I’ll need to get repaired on my vehicle. He took photos of everything and explained everything that’s potentially damaged and reassured me that I will be getting my vehicle repaired at a great and knowledgeable body shop. Very high-quality job on the repair and great communication throughout the process. They also did a wonderful job negotiating with my insurance company, including getting authorization for payment for reinstalling slightly damaged parts until the backordered parts arrived, which allowed me to be in my car sooner and not a rental. My Mom's mechanics at Easy Auto recommended Classic Auto as a body shop in San Rafael. They were able to fit me in at the last minute to buff out some surface scratches to my car.
