Passenger side gouges on both doors from a grocery cart on my new Toyo Highlander LTD. I visited several well know body repair shops before I was referred to Classic. Their facility was not as "pretty" as the others but Oscar took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. It was an eye opener and helped me understand the extensive work that was required to do the repair correctly. Classic communicated directly with Allstate throughout the process so I did not have to. They provided me with regular updates as well. The Highlander looks fabulous. QUALITY WORKMANSHIP Classic also buffed out scratches not related to the claim. Bravo Classic Jim brock ~ jim b

I recently had my AudiA4car worked on by Classic Auto Craft, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was in a bit of a rush and kept checking in because my car is my only source of income, but they were incredibly patient and understanding the whole time. David was great—he kept me updated on everything I needed to know and communicated clearly throughout the process. Carlos was also amazing and very helpful.
