Passenger side gouges on both doors from a grocery cart on my new Toyo Highlander LTD. I visited several well know body repair shops before I was referred to Classic. Their facility was not as "pretty" as the others but Oscar took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. It was an eye opener and helped me understand the extensive work that was required to do the repair correctly. Classic communicated directly with Allstate throughout the process so I did not have to. They provided me with regular updates as well. The Highlander looks fabulous. QUALITY WORKMANSHIP Classic also buffed out scratches not related to the claim. Bravo Classic Jim brock ~ jim b

I recently had some work done at Classic Auto Craft. Their body work was exceptional, but what stood out most was their customer service. We had some problems with the insurance company, and the CAC staff was in constant communication, giving me daily updates on their progress, and doing a great job advocating for their customer.
