I recently had my front bumper repaired at Classic Auto Craft, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. Classic Auto Craft was referred to us by Subaru Marin and we are so glad we followed their advice and contacted Dennis. He and his office team (Wanda and Flor) have been incredibly customer focused, thorough and knowledgeable. We had the misfortune of having to deal with a water leak ordeal right when we were due to have our first baby. It required our entire interior to be overhauled and in the case of the carpets, be replaced. The thought of dealing with insurance at this time was daunting, not to mention having a car in repair while we're in hospital and upon return with the potential of mold as an issue, but Dennis made everything so easy and took the stress out of it. I've trusted them every step of the way and they have made every effort to accommodate us and keep us informed of the work they are doing. Our car issues required extensive investigation and maintenance during a wet season and Classic Auto Craft has always maintained the highest level of service.
